Eedenglen Afree Resort has a set of rules of conduct to which all residents of the Resort are subject. The rules have been drawn up and refined over the almost two decades that Eedenglen has existed to ensure we conform to the law on retirement resorts and to make sure that everyone coexists in harmony.

The minimum age to live in the Resort is 50 years old and there is not a maximum age as with some other retirement villages.
Although we do not have a maximum age, each new potential resident must be medically screened by the Medical Access Committee to ensure that Eedenglen is able to meet residents' medical needs.
A copy of the current Health Services Forms can be obtained from reception.
Pets are allowed in the Freehold and Share Title areas. Only small breed dogs may be kept. No large breed dogs are allowed. Only one dog per household is allowed. If a resident currently has more than one dog and one dog dies, it may not be replaced.
Cats and dogs must be sterilized and kept indoors at night. Residents may be requested to show a veterinarian's certification of sterilization upon request.
Birds may be kept indoors in cages. No birds may be kept in cages outside houses.
Eedenglen is already 100% developed, but there are regular properties coming on the market that can be bought or rented.
