Accommodation Options
Eedenglen Retirement Village has various housing options from single apartments to spacious free standing homes.
Freehold Homes
These spacious homes vary in layout and size, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, garages and garden area. Roads and sidewalks are maintained by the Village.

Maintenance of the gardens and houses is done by the residents themselves. The houses are privately owned and the owners form the Home Owners Association.
​
Residents have access to home care services, emergency assistance and the other facilities of the Village.
Sectional Title Units
These semi-detached houses have 2 or 3 bedrooms with a garage and small garden.
​
The roads and sidewalks are maintained by the Village as well as the outside of the building and around the unit, including garden services.
The houses are privately owned and the owners form the Body Corporate which is managed by the Board of Trustees.
Residents have access to home care services, emergency assistance and the other facilities of the Village.

Life Right Units
One bedroom and single units Life Right units with a small kitchen and separate bathroom each. The gardens around the units are communal and covered parking is available.
​
There is a common garden for the residents and maintenance of the units as well as cleaning services are included. Residents get a daily lunch in the dining hall.
​
Residents have access to home care services, emergency assistance, laundry services and the other facilities of the Village.
​
The units are rented/sold and managed by the Eedenglen Frail Care Centre.
Frail Care Centre
The Village has a modern, well-equipped 30-bed Frail Care Centre. The Centre is registered with the Department of Health as well as the Department of Social Development.

Accommodation at the Frail Care consists of a 4-bed ward, 18 single rooms, and 8 en-suite rooms. The Frail Care has a dining room as well as a common lounge.
